How far in advance should I book my margarita machine?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during weekends and holidays. Availability goes fast, so early reservations guarantee your date.

No — we only require a $50 reservation to secure your rental. The remaining balance is due before delivery.

Absolutely! Multi-day rentals are available at discounted rates. Just let us know during checkout or when confirming your booking.

Yes, you can reschedule without penalty if you contact us at least 48 hours before your event. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future rentals.

Do you deliver to nearby cities?

Yes! We deliver to McKinney, Plano, Allen, Frisco, Anna, Prosper, and surrounding Collin County areas for a small travel fee.

We typically deliver 1–2 hours before your event to give the mix time to freeze perfectly before guests arrive. but can be earlier as we plan a route for deliveries.

Of course! Our team will set it up, show you how it works, and make sure your first batch starts working before we leave.

No special outlet required — a standard 110V plug works great. Just make sure the machine is on a dedicated circuit to avoid power interruptions. For any circumstance use a extension cord.

Frequently Asked Question About Mixes & Alcohol

Do I need to provide the alcohol?

Yes — our mixes don’t include alcohol. You can add tequila, rum, or vodka depending on your flavor of choice. Check out Mix page for what you need to buy.

We don’t recommend it — each mix has its own freezing point and consistency. For variety, it’s better to rent an additional machine. But you can keep adding the same mix when is getting lower.

Usually 1–2 hours, depending on temperature, humidity, and machine size. If you plan to be outside in a sunny day it will take longer that inside with A/C

Remember you are making ice!

Frequently Asked Question About After the Party

Do I need to clean the machine before pickup?

No — we’ll handle all the cleaning at our store. We just ask that the machine be emptied of any remaining mix so it’s easier and safer for our team to pick up. Once it’s back at our shop, we’ll take care of the full cleaning and sanitizing process.

Pickup is usually the following morning, unless other arrangements are made during booking. Do not worry we will not be there at 7:00 AM we will let you know the time or call on our way.

Do I need to sign a rental agreement or contract?

Yes — before delivery, we’ll send you a simple rental agreement to review and sign electronically. This confirms your booking details, delivery information, and rental terms. It only takes a minute to complete and helps us make sure everything runs smoothly for your event.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payments directly through our booking system.

Deposits are non-refundable but can always be used toward a future rental if you reschedule.

Yes, Texas sales tax (8.25%) applies to all rentals.

Yes — a delivery and pickup fee is automatically calculated during checkout. Our system measures the distance from our store to your event address and provides an accurate price based on mileage. This ensures fair pricing for every customer, whether you’re in McKinney or a nearby city like Plano, Allen, or Frisco.

The bouncy Kingdom was amazing from setup to pickup!! I rented a margarita machine from them for my husband’s 50th birthday party. The margarita machine was dropped off in a timely manner and also picked the same way. They were professional and courteous, they even set it up dor me! The margarita’s were some of the best I have ever tasted! There wasn’t a drop left in that huge machine by the end of the night! Crowd pleaser for sure!! I highly recommend this company!
